Privacy Policy
weLearn is operated by EduLicense LLC, the data controller for the information described below. We collect the minimum information needed to run your SAT prep account: email, encrypted password, account profile fields, and your learning activity such as practice sessions, diagnostic results, and study-plan progress.
What we store
Email, account profile data, test activity, question responses, study-plan progress, and security logs used to protect the platform.
Why we store it
To authenticate your account, generate score reports, personalize study plans, improve the product, and investigate abuse or suspicious behavior.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the platform is used and the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure whether our Instagram and Facebook ads lead to sign-ups and purchases. These services receive your actions on the site (for example that a practice test was completed or a plan was purchased) together with a random account identifier, and, for Meta, a hashed (SHA-256) form of your email or phone number that Meta uses only to match the event to an ad. We do not send your email, name, phone number or Telegram username in readable form. Where the law requires it, these tools run only after you accept cookies. See the Cookie Policy for the cookies involved and how to change your choice.
Google Calendar
If you choose “Add to Google Calendar”, we ask Google for one permission: to create and manage calendars that weLearn creates (the calendar.app.created scope). We use it only to create a calendar called “weLearn · SAT plan” in your Google account and to keep it filled with your study days, their reminders and your exam day, updating it when your study plan changes. We cannot see, read or change your other calendars or events. We store an encrypted access token from Google, the calendar’s id and the study time you picked, and nothing else from your Google account.
You can disconnect at any time from your study plan page (“disconnect”): we delete the weLearn calendar, revoke our access at Google and delete the stored token. You can also remove access from your Google Account under Security → Third-party apps. Deleting your weLearn account does the same.
weLearn’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for advertising, do not sell it, do not share it with anyone, and do not use it to train AI models.
Your choices
You can request account deletion from the Account Settings page. Deleting your account removes your login and associated student records that are tied to it.
